Our conscious branding process

  • 1. Discovery

    This is how we get to know each other. You’ll fill in the brief on the client portal and we’ll have a strategy session which will help us find your vision, values and goals. We’ll research the competition, your customers and nail your value proposition. This process will align us and you’ll pick a direction from two mood boards.

  • 2. Exploration

    Once we’ve agreed on a direction, we start exploring and we’ll present you with a couple of different routes for your brand. These will showcase the foundation of the logotype/typography/colours. When you choose the route, we’ll develop it further into variations/avatar and other things included in your package.

  • 3. Release

    When you’re happy with your brand, it’s time to share it around. This is when you’ll get all your brand toolkit delivered in various formats - PDF/EPS/JPEG/SVG. They’ll be optimised for print and digital. You’ll also get a brand guidelines book, which is really helpful tool to maintain consistency for your brand in the future.

  • You can fill in the enquiry form, or book a 30 min free call if you prefer. Once we've chatted and you've picked your package, we'll send you an invoice and we'll get started.

  • It depends on how busy we are, so we recommend reaching out at least a couple of weeks in advance so that we can fit you in. Get in touch through the enquiry form to find out more.

  • We believe in collaboration above all. We've refined a branding creative process which has various touchpoints of collaboration and feedback. These help us shape up the brand in the direction that you're happy with. If you want to deep-dive into our meaningful branding process, have a look at this article.

  • This really depends on the project, but we aim to stick to 3 rounds of amends. Our process begins with strategy and this always helps in stirring us in the right direction, so you’ll find that it’s a streamlined process, with not much back and forward.

  • We collect a deposit of 50% of the total fee before we start the project to add it to our workflow. The outstanding balance is due at the end of the project, when the final assets are delivered.

  • Absolutely! We can either build a custom Squarespace website, or update the one you already have.

  • Your website domain and hosting, plus any add ons or plug ins.
