Interview Agency vs In-house creative teams

My thoughts on working in an agency versus in-house, in a interview with Salt, a creative recruitment agency. 

Here’s a little glimpse of it below:

''brand strategy is a key thing for any design team. It enables us to focus on the bigger picture, regardless of what we’re working on. It goes hand in hand with brand values and I’ve been proud to work for a media company that publishes quality journalism. In our team we are strategic with our advertising and marketing output, making sure that we target audiences with relevant content.''
